….because we reach out to hundreds of thousands of Realtors® every month, we have published some frequently asked questions that we feel will help support you better in getting some standard questions answered.  We are happy to answer any of your questions directly, but because of our overwhelming database size and the number of daily emails that we receive, we hope that this page will assist you in answering some of our commonly asked questions.

1. What is the refund policy on these classes?
Every class is different. The refund policy is clearly printed on the bottom of the summary page.

2. How can I check to see if the classes which are being marketed are truly accredited for CE Credit as advertised?
If it doesn’t state clearly what the CE Credit/class approval number is on the summary page, then you can always contact me for that information. Every state is different. Some require we post that information on the invite and some don’t. Some classes are approved through your real estate commission and some are approved through schools within your state.

3. Can I contact the instructors directly?
Yes. You can find the email addresses of the instructor under the “instructor bio” page. 

4. Is Educated Minds, LLC a Real Estate company?
NO! We are an independent business marketing real estate classes.

5. Are all of Educated Minds, LLC’s classes approved by NAR?
NO! If we are marketing a class which is a NAR Certification or Designation Course, it clearly states so on the invite and summary page.

6. I am interested in a class, but can not find the registration link for a class that I heard about from another broker?
Contact me with the class title, date and location and I will email it to you. No problem!

7. I am interested in having my name removed from Educated Minds, LLC’d database. Is that possible?
Absolutely! If you don’t want to be on our list, we don’t want to disrespect that right! At the bottom of the invite is a clear “Opt Out” or “Unsubscribe or Update your Profile” link that will easily take care of that request.
